I don't understand why you can't just edit the sample filename/type
files I provide. They are only samples, I (possibly in vain) hope that
people will edit these files to suit their local requirements.

See the "header" Spam Action. To quote from MailScanner.conf...
#    header "name: value"    - Add the header
#                                name: value
#                              to the message. name must not contain any
This can of course be used in "Non Spam Actions" too.
