Emails get stuck in the incoming queue (mqueue.in)

Both mqueue.in and mqueue are in /var/spool and are on the same partition
(sorry /var/log/loop was only a folder where we put the output to research
the problem). We are using sendmail 8.12.10 and the Lock Type is set to
blank.
