Non encoded 8-bit dat in header?

Character E4 hex is an a-umlaut (ä), and sure enough your message posted 
to the list contains an ä in that header, in the word godkänd.
You need to either encode the word (as =?ISO-8859-1?Q?godk=E4nd=) or 
otherwise change the Swedish translation in your languages.conf file.
Julian - can you correct this in the distributed Swedish languages.conf 
too please...
