Non encoded 8-bit dat in header?

I recently got a return response from another server saying:

< mgw2.securitas.se #5.6.0 smtp; 554 5.6.0 Message with invalid header
rejected, id=17654-02 - Non-encoded 8-bit data (char E4 hex) in message
header 'X-ns1_ltkalmar_se-MailScanner-SpamCheck'>

I guess it might be the _ but since this is the first time Ive seen it I
thought I should check with the pro's  :)
