Thanks for this Steve.

I think that SA is *very* much on the right track with release 3.1. They
need to begin to think of their functionality a little more like virus
scanning providers do. It is a "cat and mouse" game (or an "arms race" if
you like), and they need to stay up on their definitions as well. Quick
automated updates would do the trick.

Just a quick comment on "early exit" as you point out. The only thing I
would worry about is if this will break MS's High Scoring Spam actions. If
it exits as soon as the "spam" level is reached, how will we know if it is
High Scoring (and handle differently if needed). This is one nice
functionality of MS I think.
