How to reject SPF failure

Hi,

We are on a cpanel server where default ApamAssassin was disabled to 
make things working with MS.

We now have lost default rule from SA, where SPF failures are rejected, 
or 'store' in the server.

We were told by MSF support that it is something to set in :
SpamAssassin Rule Actions
(default is empty)

After reading infos of section :
SpamAssassin Rule Actions
we are unable to understand what we should put in this to make emails 
blocked from being delivered when SPF check failure
