I just upgraded from 5.0.3 to 5.0.6-4 and the MailScanner.conf file
reverted to a "new" install. The upgrade process said that it upgraded
as follows:

Cleaning up / removing...
MailScanner-5.0.3-7 ########################################
Preparing... ########################################
Updating / installing...
MailScanner-5.0.6-4 ########################################
Added new: Web Bug Replacement =
https://s3.amazonaws.com/msv5/images/spacer.gif
Added new: Lockfile Dir = /var/spool/MailScanner/incoming/Locks
Added new: include /etc/MailScanner/conf.d/*

Summary
-------
Read 361 settings from old /etc/MailScanner/MailScanner.conf.original
Used 359 settings from old /etc/MailScanner/MailScanner.conf.original
Used 4 default settings from new /etc/MailScanner/MailScanner.conf.dist

So I had to go through the conf file and change all the settings to what
they were in my original conf file. I also couldn't find a backup copy
of the conf file produced by the upgrade process so had to use my own
backup copy.

OS is Fedora 26.
