Conf file overwritten

Hi David,
Sorry for this mishap. I am going to spin up a Fedora 26 instance and
attempt the same upgrade path so that we can take a closer look at this.
You should have been able to find a backup copy of your configs in ms_upgrade
under your home path. We you not able to find one there?
