Mailscanner with clamd

Incoming Work Group = clamav
Incoming Work Permissions = 0660

Also check the ownership and group ownership on
/usr/local/spool/MailScanner/incoming and check the permissions it has
already.  Should be 660 so the clamav group can write to it.
