Mailscanner with clamd

Hi All

I am trying to configure Mailscanner with clamd but it is giving me the 
below mentioned error and delivering the virus mail to users inbox 
without quarantine infected mails.

I have mentioed my details below for your reference ... Please help me 
to resolve this.

clamd version - 0.97
MailScanner version - 4.70
clamav version - 0.97
