Incorectly blocking files.

If you read MailScanner.conf, you will discover it now has different 
rules for files within an archive from rules not within an archive.
See the option
     Archives: Filename Rules = %etc-dir%/archives.filename.rules.conf
so you need to remove the "t" from archive.filename.rules.conf.

I added this feature as a result of numerous requests.
