exclude email address from scanning/logging

If that's a direct cut and paste, you are missing a colon after the
first 'From'.

Mailwatch will log any message which passes though MailScanner,
including those specifically excluded in a 'Scan Messages' ruleset. You
should see it logged as clean with a blank SA score.
