mailscanner + disarmed + sa-learn - how?

Hi All,

We have some emails. Mailscanner has "{disarmed}" them. We have other 
programs that process these emails automatically, and now they stopped 
working because the subject and mail content was changed by Mailscanner. 
I'm not sure what part of mailscanner has this disarm feature. Is is 
spamassassin? I was thinking about teaching spamassassin with sa-learn, 
but we do not have the original emails. Only the disarmed ones. Or is it 
somewhere else? Probably I do not need full explanation, just a good 
starting point.
