OT: Out of office auto-reply advice

I don't think any Outlook rule will help as, AFAIK, there simply isn't
an option with Out Of Office to specify who/what it replies to, though I
believe it will respect certain flags such as bulk/list/junk precedence
and not reply.

If you enable rules to send to the internet (on the Exchange server) you
can be a bit more granular, but you have to be careful with rules
because you can get mail loops and the likes because they aren't "smart"
enough to only reply once.
