MailScanner's /usr/sbin/update_spammassassin doesn't restart spamd

Oh, I missed that part in your original message. I have an old version of 
that script in /etc/cron.daily which lacks this section and was assuming 
you meant to say that sa-update itself is compiling after the download. 
Thanks for reminding me of that location.
