Quarantine has stopped working

No problem - glad you got it working.

You probably should set 'Silent Viruses = All-Viruses HTML-IFrame' and 
add Eicar to the list of Non-forging viruses instead to bypass it.  It's 
a waste of space to quarantine viruses usually unless you need them for 
some reason, also depending on your 'Notify' settings, your users will 
get notified (and potentially the sender) which wouldn't be good.
