Mailscanner.rc start up script file location

If you've got the mailscanner ports rc script then hacking it to point
at a new location for the tar/gz ain;t hard (just one line I think,
change the thing to start to /opt/MailScanner/bin/check_MailScanner
from /usr/local/sbin/check_MailScanner I think).
