Exclude certain IP addresses from scanning.

Been there, done that and have the occasional ache and crampt to show for it:-).
It's a b*tch, but usually such a relief once done:)
Am desperately busy myself, and won't have time to help read those
"slightly more than 200 lines" either...;-). Sorry:/
