private IPs listed in RBL

Because to wake people up to stop using the list, they are returning 
true for every IP, including private IPs. 


OK.. I have seen the light:) 

Until today, I wasn't even aware the lists where being used. 

Man... a guy can't even be snide, and be right at the same time:)
