Maximum Attachment Size

Hi
I try to use the parameter Max Attachment Size but it
seems doesnt works, there is something wrong?

here is what I use
###MailScanner.conf
Maximum Attachment Size =
/etc/MailScanner/rules/max.attachment.size


###/etc/MailScanner/rules/max.attachment.size
To:     userlocal at domainlocal.com        100
FromOrTo:       default -1


I configure those parameters and test with a 500k mail
attach and it is allowed without restrictions

there is something else I have to do?
