How to remove {Disarmed} mail?

Hi all,

Can you please tell me how to change the config to remove the {Disarmed}
mail?

Recently, my users told me that they received more spam emails, and I
changed the SA score to 4. But it looks like it does not block more spams. I
am thinking about to add the blacklist, but I do not know how to do it and
where I can download the blacklist. Please help me. Besides, can you please
tell me what are the necessary steps and methods to tweak the config so that
we can block more spams?
