That's the trouble with books. But, before someone suggests it again, I 
am not going to release a PDF version (or any other e-book) of it, as 
they are all really easy to hack/crack. It is my only reliable source of 
income from MailScanner, and it would be in open circulation on the net 
within 24 hours of me publishing the e-book :-(
