OT: sendmail greetpause ruleset

A lot more googling has yielded the following ruleset, which seems more likely to 
work, although I can't test until after hours.

LOCAL_RULESETS
SLocal_greet_pause
R$*                     $:$1 <?> $&{daemon_flags}
R$* <?> $* a $*         $# 0
R$* <?> $*              $@ $1

This should have the effect of turning off greetpause for all daemons that have M=a, 
in other words, all daemons that require authentication.
