OK, not using GUI for this, did not show the true problem, as you have now
explained, however, MailScanner is doing what it is supposed to do,
detecting a ' diff ' if you like. It is for this reason MailScanner does
not offer an option to delete phishing fraud.
Your best option here would be to create a ruleset for phishing,
the_googlealert_domain = no, and default = yes
