Mailscanner not starting - PERL error!

Hello,

I've had Mailscanner working happily with postfix for over a year now, but something odd has happened.  When I try to start mailscanner, I get the following error:

bash-2.03# /etc/init.d/mailscanner start
Starting MailScanner...
Bad arg length for Socket::pack_sockaddr_in, length is 0, should be 4 at /usr/local/lib/perl5/5.8.5/sun4-solaris/Socket.pm line 373.

It looks like it's bombing off in check_mailscanner somewhere.

Support for the server was recently moved to another group, so I don't know what (if anything) was changed.  

Has anyone see this problem, and could I get a hint to start troubleshooting it?
