Not a Perl man myself, but from googling a bit it seems that your Perl
install may be shot. From what I could tell Socket.pm is generaly built
in to the install. Maybe you can reinstall Perl? I'm not familiar with
solaris, so be carefull. I'm sure someone else has an idea?
