This worked great. I wish I had thought of it myself ;-)
I added it to the Is Definitely Spam = %rules-dir%/spam.blacklist.rules
So it would silently delete.

You can do this very simply with a ruleset on the "Reject Messages"
configuration option.
To: domain.com and From: 10.1.1.1 no
To: domain.com yes
FromOrTo: default no
That should do the trick I think.
