Quarantined emails by mistake - How to rescan?

I just found Ugo's post in the archive about this

I tried "sendmail -tv < lBU6qXDo005610" and see that it's now being
processed, also confirming that the email was indeed delivered to the
mbox.

Sorry for taking up bandwidth like this on my first post..
