Actually I pinged the site, and times are ok:
PING 200.17.209.129 (200.17.209.129) 56(84) bytes of data.
64 bytes from 200.17.209.129: icmp_seq=1 ttl=50 time=309 ms
64 bytes from 200.17.209.129: icmp_seq=2 ttl=50 time=244 ms
64 bytes from 200.17.209.129: icmp_seq=3 ttl=50 time=224 ms
All sites wich I'm having the problem stops in MAIL FROM, is there any way to try to wait for more time the answer?
I did it manually and I could sent email.
