Glenn is asking if the emails that are causing the problem are being delivered
to more than one person at a time. Hence, it has multiple recipients.

i.e. Does message have more than one person in the collection of To:, Cc, and Bcc?

(note: you won't be able to tell the bcc part from looking at the message.
You'll have to check your server logs, or ask the sender.)
