When you do the upgrade, the actual _processes_ aren't affected untill
you do the "service MailScanner restart"... No need for any
perceptible downtime at all;-).
Last time the complete process took me 10 minutes, tops.
If you also wan't to do SA etc, you might need add a few minutes,
but... This is SMTP, are you really in such a situation that you can't
afor a 10-15 minute "gap" (worst case:-)?
