You might want to post this in the FuzzyOCR mailing list.  This isn't
really a function of MailScanner FuzzyOCR is a SpamAssassin tool.

Did you run spamassassin -x -D --lint ?  Does it show that its picking
up the FuzzyOCR plugin?
