Viruses being blocked by filename rules, not being picked up by Clamav

Ahh! I didn't think the even check this.

Subsequently I've found that ClamAV wasn't detecting ANY viruses, so I've
installed clamavmodule, and run with that instead. Everything seems to be
working fine now!
