I've had ONE customer move away from MailScanner and the reason they did
so was the inability for users to configure their own white/black lists.
They went to Sophos PureMessage.  It does an adequate job, but from what
I've seen, it's accuracy is not on the same level as MS/SA.  It's
performance is much lower too.
