Retreiving attachments

You could try increasing the maximum allowed attachment size temporarily
and resubmitting those messages.  Maybe consider permanently increasing
the maximum attachment size to accommodate the files your users actually
send.  Try to get your boss to let you limit the size to something
reasonable, although I know how hard that can be.
