MailScanner's spam lists will tag a message as spam no matter what SpamAssassin
says.
So it's *VERY* important to check to see if you have any spam lists enabled in
MailScanner.conf.
All that said, if you really want to whitelist a sender, do it at the
MailScanner level, not at the spamassassin level.
Adding a whitelist command to SA will only whitelist the user from being tagged
due to spamassassin score. It will not protect them from being tagged by any
tests (such as spam lists) performed at the MailScanner level.
