DCC's about the same.  You read the license and conclude you can't use 
it.  You read the explanations of the license on the DCC mailing list by 
the person who wrote the license and conclude that you can.

So, it's not clear whether you can or you can't.  Probably best to run 
the license and the explanations past a lawyer.
