Beta 4.48.2 and SA prefs flap

I've been semi-following the flurry of emails about 
spam.assassin.prefs.conf, and Julian's beta changes.
Maybe "MailScanner -v" should spit out what it thinks
the SA prefs files it is using are?  Per the Perl 
snippet posted earlier this week?

And I'll put forth a plea for my Time::HiRes changes
to MessageBatch.pm, posted Nov 4, for this month's
edition.
