Hi,
Running spamassassin from the command line runs the spamassassin
program.
-D runs the program in debug mode
--lint runs the program and tests that the config files are contain
no errors.
This is a good test to ensure that you haven't introduced any syntax
errors into the config files when you updated the rules.
