spamc logs - even after stopping spam chks

I have disabled spam checks by putting, "Spam Checks = no", "Use
SpamAssassin=no"

If MailScanner is not generating this log, any idea from where this is
generated. I have checked my running processes there is no "spam daemon"
or nothing relating to spam  running. I have no clue what triggers this
spam log.
