MailScanner ANNOUNCE: Phishing net updates

I'll visually inspect the lists to make sure they look reasonably 
genuine before I include them.
There isn't much more I can do, unless you all have PGP keys and the 
spammers don't. There is no way to use your information while keeping 
out all the spammers, except for something such as visual inspection by 
a human.
