To me it seems like having to support yet another piece of software that
can fail, that needs to be planned and re-deployed during an upgrade. I
guess it just comes down to personal preference of where and when you'd
like to do the work. I have personally been burned by milters in the
past and prefer to defer their functionality to more stable code
whenever possible.
