Why am I seeing these errors in /var/log/maillog

Cannot open ruleset file /usr/local/etc/MailScanner/rules = no, No
such file or directory

FreeBSD 5.3
MS 4.38.10

The default install puts this into that directory

spam.whitelist.rules
