(High) Spam Actions

Got it - the parser for the config file treats things slightly oddly. 
When calling the InitInternalActions and EndInternalActions it ignores 
the ";" on the end.  However when calling the function itself it leaves 
the ";" in place.

So user error ;-)

Hangs head in shame and quickly exits the room.......
