upgrade scripts

Did an upgrade, and saw a phishing.safe.sites.conf and
phishing.safe.sites.conf.rpmnew.  Can I just use the
upgrade_MailScanner_conf script to integrate those, substituting
phishing.safe.sites.conf for MailScanner.conf in the command line?
