OT: One-Way Email List Server

I know this is OT. Looking for some insight from my peers.
Does anyone know of a email list management application (free or
otherwise) besides Lsoft's product that supports one-way lists? Either
windows or *nix is fine. I know of major-domo and listproc, howerver I'm
not sure if any of those supports just simple one way lists.
