newbie - testing config

I have just installed MailScanner and am trying to test the
configuration.  I'm trying to get gtube to go through the scanner.  I see
in my /var/log/maillog that

But the message is not delivered (it shouldn't have been), but I expected
it to be quarantined.  I don't see it in /var/spool/mqueue
or /var/spool/mqueue.in.

I'm using sendmail, clamav, spamassasin.

Any help, please?
