Beta 4.39.1 released

Seems to run just fine.

I do have a question about the Phishing stuff. When i disable the fishing
completely with

Find Phishing Fraud = no

I still get log lines like:

Feb 19 16:03:31 vmx01 MailScanner[11710]: Read 2 hostnames from the phishing whitelist
Feb 19 16:25:02 vmx01 MailScanner[15056]: Read 2 hostnames from the phishing whitelist
Feb 19 16:25:12 vmx01 MailScanner[15069]: Read 2 hostnames from the phishing whitelist
Feb 19 16:25:22 vmx01 MailScanner[15081]: Read 2 hostnames from the phishing whitelist

Would it be possible to not load the phishing whitelist is the option is
disabled? Its kinda usless :)
