Updating the reports in all languages all in one go?

    [ The following text is in the "ISO-8859-1" character set. ]
    [ Your display is set for the "US-ASCII" character set.  ]
    [ Some characters may be displayed incorrectly. ]

The only file that *has* to be upgraded is languages.conf. Type
"upgrade_languages_conf" and you will find help :-)

The other files don't need upgrading if you are happy with their current
contents, and have customised them to your site.
