Whitelisting not working for any messages.

I have checked for both my rules and with both of them i still get logs that
are scanning the messages and it is still marking messages as spam.  I
checked the X-MailScanner-From Header and it is the same as the first rule
how can I debug this or where do I start.
My whitelist rules are as follows :

From:   *@domain.com          yes
From:   *@*.domain.com       yes
To:     *@domain1.com         yes
